Integrating work/study
Every year since 2003 it has been exciting to welcome new students and it is now one week to go before Induction, I'm developing a private group in Posterous for new students. We have used a Posterous blog for Induction before, but this time we are looking at a Group because of the focus on discussion. It would probably be more sensible to do what we did last time, and that may still happen if the Group doesn't look right by 12 September. My objective is to provide an easy but interesting way for new students to get the details that they need, to ask questions and raise any initial issues. Perhaps some will be inspired to try a Posterous blog for their learning journals.
